Amazing bus control................

So far as I can make out (I don't speak German), this remarkable piece of driving was part of a TV reality show where 'contestants' had to complete a 'challenge' against the clock.

Buses in Peru.........

As I discovered during a vist in 2006, the comparative poverty of the population means that the streets of Lima, the capital of Peru, have very few private cars. Acordingly, an assortment of buses and the occasional taxi are the main form of transport.

Woolwich Ferry.

Sometimes, when delivering buses (especially double-deckers) to east London, the Woolwich ferry is a sensible alternative to the Blackwall tunnel (too low) or the Dartford crossing (too far and NOT free) if you need to cross the Thames.
