    ​To some extent, I have to confess that I have been slightly reluctant to make public certain issues which have been causing me some concern for quite a while; and if I fail to mention them sooner or later, I will almost certainly regret not making them. That said, I am mindful of the fact that one of the reasons I have hesitated from expressing these views is the possibility -  perhaps, probability - that they might  be considered hurtful to some; although, at the same time NOT expressing them could create hurt for others.
