Rambling 11/02/2009
 

I haven't walked for a week, or so, which probably accounts for the fact that I was a little sugared at the end of today's effort. Another factor is that autumn is starting to show it's claws and it's getting a bit 'soggy' underfoot - making the going rather heavy. I don't think I can wander around in MBT trainers for much longer; so, I'll have to dig out my waterproof walking boots.
